June 11 EMC Meeting featuring Mary Ceccanese

Mary is the owner and pricipal consultant of Dynamic Connections LLC - a company that focuses on creating an engaged, energized workforce through positive business practices. 

Celebrating almost fifteen years of professional experience working with all levels of staff in both for-profit and non-profit organizations, she provides positive and empowering interactive presentations based on the research of the faculty at the Center for Positive Organizations, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, as well as other researchers. Mary engages attendees with practical applications to work-life scenarios that can be immediately applied to their day-to-day life.

Mary has a BA in Human Resource Administration and recently retired from the University of Michigan after thirty-three years. In 2010 she received the University’s highest award given to staff – the Candace J. Johnson Award for Excellence, and in 2019 she was given a University of Michigan Staff Impact Award. Also, in 2019, she was given the distinction of being one of the “Top Ten Business Women” of the American Business Women’s Association.
