As we approach the time of year to select your leagues Protege recipient, Woman of the Year and Top Ten Nominee, AND if you are considering running for a National Office, Marilyn will share the requirements and reflect on her journey.

Marilyn is a 44-year member of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA). Her accolades include recognition by the American Business Women’s Association as 2021 Top The Woman of ABWA. Marilyn is a member of Greater Oakland Charter Chapter in Clarkston, Michigan and is the 2018-2019 District V Vice President on the ABWA National Board of Directors, a former Trustee for the Stephen Bufton Memorial Scholarship Fund, and an ABWA Ambassador.

Marilyn is the Vice President of Talent at Accent Entertainment LLC. She earned an MBA Essentials from Park University through its partnership with the American Business Women’s Association, and an Associate in Business Administration from Oakland Community College in Auburn Hills.

Marilyn is a strategic leader who leads by example, an accomplished problem solver, and an effective communicator committed to using her organizational skills to help clients expedite and enjoy successful events. She is described as a conscientious, caring mentor, teacher, friend, hard worker, and life-long learner whose call to action is to share her insights and experiences to help others achieve their goals.
