Friday Night
Meet & Greet

When you register for the Saturday DVP luncheon, you will have the option to indicate if you will be attending the informal Friday Night Meet & Greet in-person on July 15, 2022 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM EST. There is no virtual option this year. You will also have the option to indicate if you will sign up and eat dinner with a group after the Meet & Greet (pay your own way). We will form car-pools for transportation to & from these restaurants.

 

We are looking for volunteers to lead a group to some restaurants in Ann Arbor, click below for list. We have 2 volunteers so far.

Donation Requests

Donations for Auction Items & Gift Cards for the Envelope Pull are requested from individuals, ABWA Leagues, Councils, and community businesses. The donations are greatly appreciated, with proceeds helping to fund the District V Vice President’s Luncheon.
 
Deadline: Notification deadline of donors for either the Auction or the Envelope pull is June 18, 2022. Any donations after that date will NOT be recognized in the program.

Please advise the Auction Co-Chairs if you are donating - we will need name of contributor, theme or type of auction item, and approximate $$ value of same so we can complete the bid sheets prior to this event. See flyer for email addresses.
